All orders placed before 4pm Mon-Sat will be posted same day.

Orders placed Sunday and days we are at events will be shipped next working day.

We will send you a returns label, free of charge.

Please let us know if you would prefer an exchange or a refund. These will be issued after we have recieved your returned item(s).
